Since the contingents at Olympia and Olympia Sky are sold out, to book accommodation, please contact the Technical Organizer at danijela@conventuscredo.hr.

The accommodation is organised at hotels Camelia, Royal and Agava with special congress prices. Prices are expressed per room per day (VAT and sojourn tax are included in the prices below)

The Technical Organizer has reserved hotel rooms for the delegates. Hotel accommodation is booked on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to share accommodation, please indicate the name of the participant you have arranged to share a room with on the registration form. Reservations should be made no later than September 1, 2021. After this date, a desired hotel accommodation cannot be guaranteed.

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency (HRK). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna (HRK) according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

After you submit the form you will be redirected to a secure website to enter your credit card details and finish off payment. You should receive an e-mail from our payment gateway WSPay about your payment status.
